We will connect your computer to our simulation environment, giving you access to the software products we will discuss today.

In this class, you’ll learn Checkmate Sales Pro basics - how to search for multiple parts at once, research quotes, work orders, purchase orders and invoices, see customer payment history, and so much more! If you’re new to Sales Pro, you’ll leave proficient in the software; if you’re a longtime Checkmate user, you’ll discover new tips, tricks, and game-changers for optimizing your sales workflow!
Checkmate Inventory Pro
Checkmate Inventory Pro is Checkmate's "command central" for inventory management. This course will show you how to add vehicle records, inventory loose parts, and maintain inventory information by "drilling down" to exactly the parts you want to edit, making and saving your changes in just a few clicks. You’ll also get an in-depth look at Inventory Pro’s newest features, which enable you to quickly and easily audit your entire inventory to edit inconsistent or missing part information, so your part listings can compete fiercely in online marketplaces!
Production: Order Trakker, EZ Route, and EZ QC
Order Trakker helps you easily track the status of your work orders. It integrates with Checkmate, giving you comprehensive production management that helps you track parts and work orders from sales to delivery. This course will show you how Order Trakker simplifies your tracking processes, and integrates with EZ Route, enriching your manifest with part descriptions, COD amounts and more.

Checkmate has new, insight-rich Excel-based reports that we’re excited to share with you! Partmate, our portable inventory tool, makes the process of inventorying new vehicles quicker, easier, and simpler than ever before. Partmate is made powerful by its $martList feature, which identifies parts that will lead to profits. $martList's transparent algorithm suggests parts to inventory based on marketplace data, your own sales/requests, inventory, labor, and CPI+. In this course, we’ll show you how the latest updates to Partmate and $martList strategically enhance the inventorying process.
Checkmate Accounting
In this course, we’ll dive into the Accounting feature in Checkmate, which provides you with the ability to quickly and easily look up customer accounts and retrieve invoices. With this feature, you can also make payments and issue credits towards those customers, and manage customer statements (which can be set up automatically for print and/or email statements!). This course will also show you how to trouble-shoot with the accounting settings in Checkmate Retro.
Checkmate's New Part Grading Features
Checkmate's latest update aligns with the latest ARA part grading standards. To help you thrive in online marketplaces like Car-Part.com, we're introducing features to assist you in inventory management and audit your inventory for parts with missing or inconsistent information. Checkmate also now recognizes Subjective part types, which are not graded by mileage or damage codes. In this class, we'll cover these new part grading features and more.
Photomate New Features (Edit Part, Bulk Edit, and Image Editing)
